ReOrderly is an independent household shopping and reordering application available at reorderlysolutions.com. ReOrderly is not owned by, operated by, or officially endorsed by Walmart. Walmart is a trademark of Walmart Inc.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use ReOrderly:

• Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Shopping list data: UPC barcodes you scan, product names, quantities, and list names you create.
• Recipe data: Recipe URLs, ingredient lists, cooking instructions, ratings, and notes you save.
• Order history: Records of items you have ordered through ReOrderly.
• Household sharing data: Email addresses of household members you invite to share lists.
• Device information: Browser type and device type for app compatibility purposes.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app to help us improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the ReOrderly service.
• Save and sync your shopping lists across your devices.
• Enable household sharing with members you invite.
• Match scanned UPC barcodes to Walmart product listings.
• Store your recipe book and order history.
• Improve the accuracy of product matching and app performance.
• Respond to your support requests.

4. Walmart Affiliate Program

ReOrderly has applied to participate in the Walmart affiliate program. If accepted, when you tap "Review on Walmart" or click product links, you are directed to Walmart.com product pages. Walmart may place or recognize cookies on your browser through these links. ReOrderly may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

ReOrderly does not collect, store, or have access to your Walmart account credentials, Walmart payment information, or Walmart checkout data. All purchases are completed directly on Walmart.com.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and list data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides encrypted storage and industry-standard security practices. Product lookup is handled through RapidAPI. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Household members: If you invite someone to share a list, they can see that list's contents.
• Service providers: Google Firebase (database and authentication), RapidAPI (product lookup), Netlify (hosting), and Anthropic (AI recipe extraction) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can delete your ReOrderly account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reorderlysolutions.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days of your request.

You can also sign out of your account at any time from within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

ReOrderly is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of ReOrderly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
